Incoming 7^th Graders please note: 

All students interested in Athletics MUST have a sports physical in order to participate. 
Also, by August 4th the following are required for all 7th graders:

Tdap and Meningitis boosters on an updated immunization record, received in the nurse's office.   

(Returning students may refer to the letter mailed last May to their parents, specific to that student’s immunization requirement.  Students with incomplete immunizations will be sent home until they receive these immunizations, as per the Texas State Health Department. Please check with your child’s physician to make sure your child has received these boosters, and send a new copy of the immunization record to the school nurse to avoid any confusion or delay of class time.)
